Frequently Asked Questions??

 

1. How do I know what kind of questions are provided in the guides?
All questions are based on the main syllabus of each subject.  Each guide has a variety of multiple choice questions, with each question having 4 possible answers.

 

2. Are your guides available in hard copy?
No, all guides are in PDF format or available as online quizzes.  This eliminates all posting and packaging costs, meaning that the questions can be sold at a lower price.  It also eliminates any time spent waiting for books to be delivered through the post, as the questions are received immediately via email.

 

3. Are the books shipped?
No, as explained above, the guides are emailed to you so there are no shipping costs or waiting times involved.

 

4. I do not have a Paypal account.  How can I pay?
You do not need a Paypal account in order to pay for the guides.  While I accept payment through Paypal, it is not necessary for you to have an actual account.  Just follow the steps for users with ‘no’ Paypal account where you can pay directly with your credit/debit card.

 

5. After payment has been made, when will I receive the revision guides?
You will receive them immediately.  Once you pay, you will receive an email to the email you provided when you purchased.  In this email, click on the download link and the document will be downloaded to your laptop immediately.

 

6. I do not have a credit card, can I still purchase your guides?
Yes, you can pay by cheque or bank draft. Please email us with the title of the book/s that you require and we will send you an email with the total amount due and an address will be provided for you to send payment. Once the cheque/bankdraft has been clearned, your guides will be emailed to you.  All cheques and bankdrafts must be in Sterling.  Please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear.  If you live outside the UK, please provide a bankdraft in Sterling.

 

7. Do the questions and puzzles have answers?
Yes, all answers are provided at the end of each chapter or section.

 

8. What level of study are these questions designed for?
These questions are designed for all levels, up to level 4

 

9. Do you accept refunds?
Due to the nature of the product i.e, PDF document and online quizzes, refunds cannot be issued.  All steps have been taken to ensure the accuracy of the questions and answers.
